no joke with exercises going on
n the week ended with a run..

like wat the hell..
lets talk about the exercise we had..
my godness it was a tough one..
very..people can lose their cool with that kinda exercise..
but well..we made it thru..yey..
i lost a bet with amir..
shits shouldnt bet with him..
there was no rover how nak fall out..

but guy we have lots of work to do n i wanna know d result on mon..

omg faz just got married..
shes only 22..

it was done safely yesterday at about 4pm..
tink bace eh, we were friends for 4 years..
n now she is married da tkle lepak la kan together..

so i aint using it today...
went to the west side of singapore for the first time in many years..
ya i dun like to go there is like so ulu..
there was suppose to be a friendly match there but was canceled

no more matches to be held at west side..
east only can...

cant blame it cos ssc is afraid there might be damage to the field due to heavy rain that pagi
so we went fico..

have to quit smoking man have been coughing non stop...
well i have planned to quit..before getting married..

good plan hah..
my knee is hurting me again..
now even worst..go down stairs also pain..
stupid chair nye fault...
n today i have a movie screening at suntec...
i dunno where the hell is the movie theater..
nvm just follow the rest..
